OUSG (Ondo Short-Term U.S. Government Treasuries) is issued by Ondo I LP, a Delaware limited partnership that is not registered as an investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Ondo Finance Inc. provides its tokenization services, and the fund’s investment adviser, Ondo Capital Management LLC, is registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The tokens are not registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and are available solely to accredited investors and qualified purchasers. OUSG is issued on public blockchains including the XRP Ledger, where Ripple redeemed part of its holdings in a pilot whose completed redemption Ondo Finance announced on May 6, 2026.
