XRP Breadcrumbs is run by one person in British Columbia, Canada. This page explains what information the site collects and what happens to it.

What the site collects

Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful. It records things like the pages viewed, the site that sent you, your general location (country or region), and your device and browser type. It sets cookies to tell visits apart. Google signals and advertising features are switched off, and analytics data is kept for 2 months. Analytics does not run on the Donate page.

Support clicks. When someone clicks a link to the Donate page, the site records where on the page the link was (for example, the end of an answer or the footer). It doesn’t record amounts, wallet addresses or who you are.

Email. If you email [email protected], I receive your email address and what you write. I use it only to reply and to fix any error you report.

Leads you send. If you use the lead form, we keep the link and your note in the site’s private research files, only to research the lead. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form for spam. If you give your email address, it is encrypted as soon as the form is received and is never stored in readable form. We use it once, automatically, to send you what the lead turned into, from the site’s own mail server (no outside email service), and delete it straight after. If the email can’t be sent, the address is deleted after 180 days.

Donations. Gifts are sent on the XRP Ledger, which is public. The site doesn’t collect anything about donors, and I never try to match gifts to site visits.
