On September 22, 2026, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission stated the following. A supplement to the Cyber Hornet S&P 500 and XRP 75/25 Strategy ETF prospectus announces that, effective December 21, 2026, its benchmark index will be renamed from the S&P 500 and S&P XRP 75/25 Blend Index to the S&P 500 and S&P Kaiko XRP BRR 75/25 Blend Index.
