Evernorth Holdings Inc. is a newly formed Nevada corporation that announced on October 20, 2025 a business combination agreement with Armada Acquisition Corp II (Nasdaq: AACI), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company. After closing, the combined company is expected to trade on Nasdaq as “XRPN,” subject to listing requirements, with net proceeds primarily funding open-market purchases of XRP. It describes itself as a digital asset treasury that, unlike ETFs, intends to actively grow its XRP per share through institutional and DeFi yield strategies, ecosystem participation and capital markets activities.
